Going away on a vacation? Business? a Home/Condo Sitter can provide you with security knowing your home is safe and sound!

1. $30 per day-includes checking interior/exterior safety (generally a 45 minute visit to your home)

2. Picking up mail, watering plants,basic requests will be accepted

**Prices include HST and are subject to change.

Terms Of Service

Statutory Holiday Fee A $30 fee is applied for all services on any statutory holiday in Ontario.
Dates include: January 1, February 15, April 2, May 24, July 1, September 6, October 11, December 25, December 25
Payments
Payment is due by midnight at end of service week. We accept cash and Interac e-Transfer only.

Cancellations require 24 hour notice
A $15 fee will be applied otherwise-this to allow for other booking to happen. Situations may arise where 24 hrs is not possible so this is to the discretion of the owner of MLSFY Inc. Thank You!
Late Payments
A $10 fee will be applied per late payment and services will be suspended until there is no balance owing.
